1General Terms & Conditions

Korikya is an internationally licensed online betting and gaming platform. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between Korikya and each registered member of the platform. These Terms apply to the website, mobile app, and all other digital channels operated by Korikya.

To use Korikya's services, you must be at least 18 years of age and online betting must be legally permitted in the country or region from which you are accessing the platform. Any account found to belong to a minor will be immediately terminated and all deposited funds may be forfeited.

• Any changes will be announced on the website and communicated via email.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
• The Bangla translation of these Terms is a supplement to the original English version.

2Account Registration & Verification

To become a Korikya member, you must register with accurate and complete information. If the details provided at registration are found to be false or incomplete, Korikya reserves the right to close the account at any time.

One account per person

Only one account is permitted per identity. If the same person opens multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and all bonuses forfeited. Multiple accounts detected from the same device or IP address within a household will be investigated.

KYC Verification Process

Completing Know Your Customer (KYC) verification is mandatory for all members, especially before making a withdrawal. Documents required for KYC:

• Clear photos of both sides of your National ID (NID) or passport
• Recent utility bill or bank statement (for address verification)
• Proof of payment method ownership (bKash/Nagad number verification)

3Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits and withdrawals on Korikya are fully secure and processed through Bangladesh's most popular payment methods. All transactions are protected by SSL encryption.

Key Withdrawal Terms

• Withdrawals must be made using the same method as the original deposit.
• Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is complete.
• Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing bonus funds.
• The maximum daily withdrawal limit is ৳5,00,000 (five lakh BDT).
• Korikya reserves the right to suspend withdrawals and conduct an investigation in cases of suspicious activity.

4Bonus & Promotion Terms

Welcome Bonus Terms

• The welcome bonus is available to newly registered members only.
• The welcome bonus can only be claimed once per account.
• A minimum wagering (rollover) requirement of 25x must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• If wagering requirements are not completed within 30 days of receiving a bonus, the bonus will be forfeited.
• For Sports Betting bonuses, a minimum odds of 1.5 applies.

General Bonus Policy

• Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously unless explicitly stated in the terms.
• To use a voucher code, enter it before making your deposit.
• Korikya reserves the right to void bonuses in cases of suspected bonus abuse.
• Bonus offer details and validity are subject to change.

5Betting & Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activities on the Korikya platform are governed by specific rules. Members should familiarise themselves with these rules before they start playing.

Sports Betting

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If an event is cancelled, the stake will be refunded.
• Live betting odds change in real time; the odds at the moment of confirmation are final.
• If a bet is cancelled due to a technical issue, Korikya's decision is final.
• Any bet suspected of being linked to match-fixing or manipulation of information will be voided.

Casino & Slots

• The outcome of all games is determined by a Certified Random Number Generator (RNG).
• If your connection drops mid-game, your game history is saved on our servers.
• Any winnings resulting from a software error or malfunction will be considered void.
• In Live Casino games, the dealer's decision is final.

6Prohibited Activities

Korikya is committed to maintaining a fair and safe environment. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination:

• Money Laundering: Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Bots & Automation: Placing bets using automated software or bots.
• Bonus Abuse: Collecting bonuses through fake accounts.
• Hacking & Fraud: Any attempt to gain unauthorized access to the system.
• Data Fraud: Registering with false identity or fraudulent documents.
• Account Sharing: Allowing someone else to use your account.
• Affiliate Policy Violation: Unauthorised promotions or referral fraud.

7Account Suspension & Termination

Korikya may suspend or permanently terminate any account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause within these terms and conditions.
• If KYC documents are not submitted or if false information is verified.
• For accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (12 months or more).
• At the direction of law enforcement agencies.
• Upon the member's own request to close their account.

If a real-money (bonus-free) balance exists at the time of account closure, it will be returned after KYC verification. However, if the account is closed due to a rule violation, all bonuses and associated winnings will be forfeited.

8Responsible Gaming

Korikya believes betting is a form of entertainment — not a reliable source of income. We encourage all our members to play responsibly.

• Members can set their own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Self-exclusion can be activated if needed — for a period of 6 months to 5 years.
• A cooling-off period is available — from 24 hours up to 30 days.
